OUR PROCESSING FACILITIES
Spanning an impressive 24,000 m², our facilities are among the largest in the region, designed to meet the diverse needs of olive and olive oil production with precision and efficiency. Equipped with state-of-the-art technology, we seamlessly combine tradition with innovation to deliver premium quality products.
Our facilities feature production lines for all categories of products: olive oil, including premium and BIO varieties, and olives in every form—whole, pitted, sliced, and stuffed with a variety of fillings. A dedicated area is reserved for the processing and production of anchovies, demonstrating our versatility in delivering a wide array of high-quality Mediterranean products.
Since 2022, we have expanded our facilities with a dedicated site in Prrenjas, focused on olive stuffing and enhancing our overall production capacity to meet growing demand.
Our facilities are equipped with an extensive refrigerated storage facilities alongside cutting-edge processing and packaging technology. With a daily processing capacity of 20,000 kg of stuffed olives and flexible packaging options—including glass jars, metal tins, plastic kegs, and barrels—we cater to a wide range of customer and market demands.
Our commitment to excellence is supported by indoor storage for raw materials and finished goods and advanced traceability systems, ensuring complete control from sourcing to the final product.
